Rowlesburg ON-TRAC is
continuing in efforts to revital-
ize the Downtown Rowlesburg
historic District. A second for-
mal meeting was successfully
led by Elisha Roberts, Certified
Main Street Manager, on May
15. In attendance were the Hon-
orable Mayor Barbara Banister,
Robyn Hess, director, King-
wood Main Street Mentor and
committee members.
RRC, Inc., fiscal sponsor of
ON-TRAC, hosted the event in
the Szilagyi Center/OLD RHS
Auditorium and Gymnasium.
The morning session included a
welcome followed by introduc-
tions with a question on the sub-
ject of "What Next?"
A great part of the morning dis-
cussion centered on a prepared
vision and mission statement.

noon, emphasis was placed on a

developing work plans in sup-
port of goals of economic re-
structuring, promotion, design
and organization committees.
