And for the consideration aforesaid, the Grantor further grants and conveys unto the Grantees, its successors and assigns, a right-of-way 16 feet wide extending form the "Old Eglon Road" to the lot herein conveyed, which right-of-way shall not be exclusive, but shall be used in conjunction with other parties. Said right-of-way is set out on the plat hereinabove referred to and which crosses Lot 1, Lot 4 and Lot 5 to Lot 2. This conveyance is subject to a reservation in Deed Book 527, at Page 39, by Wilda A. Wilt unto herself, her heirs and assigns, the use of said right-of-way to obtain access to and from other adjoining property of the Wilda A. The lot herein conveyed is further subject to those certain rights-of- way for the use of a septic system and water line as more fully set forth and described in that certain Deed of Conveyance from Wilda A. Wilt, divorced, to Olive M. Beckman, by Deed dated November 28, 1964, and of record in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 516, at Page 440.
